 Books

The Fruit Gardener's Bible: A Complete Guide to Growing Fruits and Nuts in the Home Garden

This book was a recent purchase for me & an instant favorite. There are a lot of helpful visuals scattered throughout the book & it's filled with information for both new & experienced gardeners alike.

The Vegetable Gardener's Bible

If I were to recommend only one book for an edible garden, this would be it. The pages are filled with comprehensive information that you will go back to time and time again.

Tools

Root Slayer Shovel by Radius Garden

I love the entire line of shovels by Radius Garden. This shovel in particular has a comfortable handle & works well to easily break through tough ground- a must for my Indiana clay soil.

Fiskers Bypass Pruners

I own multiple pairs of Fiskars pruners in different sizes. They have a solid warranty & are inexpensive enough that it's not a huge loss if I misplace them (which happens more often than I'd like to admit)

Plant Care

Espoma Biotone Fertilizer

Each year, I purchase a couple of bags of this fertilizer & I use it everywhere- in the vegetable garden, when I plant new trees/shrubs, & even when I plant annual flowers. It's organic & I don't have to worry about plant burn if I accidentally get a little heavy handed.

Misc

Katie Daisy Planner

I'm a big fan of Katie Daisy's nature themed artwork & have purchased several of her weekly planners over the years. It adds a bit of happy to my day.
